I am a freelance humanitarian, social documentary and travel photographer. My heart and lens focus firmly on the human. I care deeply about gender equality, human rights and international development as well as exploring social justice issues closer to home.
I am a trained participatory photography facilitator and have worked with many different groups including survivors of trauma and abuse, elders, children and those with mental health support needs, learning difficulties and autism.
A few years ago I founded In The Picture to focus on delivering community workshops and participatory projects that encourage wellbeing through photography.
Born and bred in north Wales, and currently based in Bristol, UK, I've been fortunate enough to work and travel in countries as diverse as West Papua, Nepal, Indonesia, Cuba, Egypt, South Korea, New Zealand and the USA. I am available for assignments, projects and workshops locally and worldwide.
